From the cinnamon used in all Lebanese dishes to the lemon peels used in their soaps, every botanical infused in this Gin is a staple in any Lebanese house. Whether in their deserts or even decoration, these specific botanicals were chosen due to their taste familiarity. It begins very mildly. In the first stage, lemon peel, ginger, coriander, and juniper berries are dominating.
Taste is released when it fully covers the mouth, with chamomile, cinnamon, and a touch of apple.
The finish is dense with coriander, juniper, and a balanced rosemary taste.
Gubal Gin is a new wave gin done by direct heating and vapor infusion.
